Special Military Benefits at Virginia College

Virginia College appreciates your service

To show our appreciation for your service to your country, and to make it most advantageous for you or your dependents to continue your education at Virginia College -- either while still in the military or after separation -- we are pleased to offer special benefits to active military and veterans:

• A special military tuition allowance of 20% for active duty personnel and 10% for veterans, reserves and family member of those currently serving on active duty
• Your application fee is waived.
• Assistance from staff who are knowledgeable in the application of military educational benefits and other financial aid options
• An understanding of the specific needs of service members
• Career programs of special interest to military personnel—at our on-ground campuses and via the Internet from Virginia College Online.
  

These special benefits are offered to active-duty members serving in any of the branches of the U.S. Armed Forces, retired military, guardsmen, or reservist military personnel. They are also available for anyone else who is eligible for U.S. government veteran benefits. Eligible participants must possess a current and valid military ID card or proof of service and must meet all other Virginia College admissions requirements.
